I have had Showplace Cleaning for over a year now with a brief hiatus to let my granddaughter do the job. My granddaughter then got a job more suitable to her talents and education and I called Showplace to return. They are very accomodating to us our schedule. They are here when they say they will be here. We have a dog and a cat that I know makes the job a little more difficult but they do a good job. We are a couple in our 70s and no longer able to really clean, yet we do want to live in clean surroundings and Showplace provides that to us on a biweekly basis. I have had other cleaning services in the Nashville area and Showplace is as good as any of them.

I’ve used Showplace for a year now and have been very satisfied. They’ve accomodated my schedule and have done a nice job cleaning my place…

This customer’s (Dodson) review is not correct. Their home was FILTHY!
We offered to clean the complete home but it would require more time. They only wanted to pay for 2 hours. We gave them at no charge an extra 30 minutes. They were filthy and did not want to pay for a good job. Our services are quality for people who wish to pay for quality service. I would not recommend these people for customers for any cleaning company! Miracles don’t happen for FREE!

I do NOT recommend this cleaning service. The work performed was not the work contracted for. When my husband and I complained, we were told we could pay additional money for a team to return to complete the job. The management at the agency did not accept responsibility for the problems and were belligerent. In the end we had to finish the job ourselves. It’s worth peace of mind to have to job done correctly the first time – hire a different cleaning service.
