I scheduled an appointment with them in order to clean up before I had company over. I scheduled two workers to come for 2.5 hours each. Only one worker come over, and when I asked she called her manager. I was told somewhat apologetically that her other worker couldn't find parking so they left. (Plenty of street parking available, I even gave some quarters to the one who stayed) Since I had arranged 5 hours, she promised me that she would proprate the amount. When time came to pay at the end of the 3 hours, her manager was again on the line and demanded almost the entire amount. I attempted to calmly explain my thoughts, and she immediately became hostile and belligerent--including such gems as "I don't care if we've lost you as a customer." Needless to say, there's plenty of other services in the area, and this one will never again have my business. Extremely dissatisfied with the management of this service!
