  This company “cleaned” my house today – and what a disappointment! I booked well in advance in order to have my main floor cleaned for Christmas. The team of two were in and out in less than 45 mins, did not dust, wash my floors, clean my bathtub or even vacuum. I am frustrated because I even left them my own products to use, my own Dyson vacuum, and a tip. What a terrible job and when I contacted the company, they said:

  “They did clean the floors, vacuuming first, but the one that was doing them was particularly careful around the table saw and seemingly wobbly table. The table and cupboards are not apart of the deal, but the counters and sink are. Anything that is important for you to have cleaned very well will take more time to do and should have been noted beforehand to accommodate the schedule; as well we can’t guarantee a thorough cleaning.”

  They can’t be thorough because I have a table saw on the floor in the corner of my kitchen, with all the safety guards on it. So because of that, they are saying they couldn’t clean around the saw, but I don’t understand how that stops them from cleaning my living room floor, my hall floors, my bathroom floors, or why they couldn’t dust. What a waste of time and money.
